Lord Phallus, we have been eager to receive you. I'm (name) the head honcho around here. You can ask me anything but allow me to give you a tour. Let's start with our day room.

This is our day room, Once residents have been through the morning exercise routine they are allowed to be in here. Here they can interact with any of the reading materials or equipment you can see laid out here strictly according to government guidelines.

REHAB HEAD PERSON
Our standard program is two weeks. There are rare repeating cases that we will assess on a case by case basis. Amy here is on her last chance to turn a new leaf, the next time she will be transferred to the border.

I must apologise for that Lord Phallus. We are having to put Felix into the classes for the more critical cases. Brad over there is a hopeless verbal case, but sadly as the rules state until he actually offends we are unable to transfer him over the border.
NORMAN PHALLUS
It's okay, the number of people that pretend to know and work for me are more than you would imagine.
